On May 19, the Athletic Awards Program was live-streamed in the FBTA auditorium. What made this a unique experience was that no one was present to receive their awards. 

“I thought the sports banquet went great! It was really cool that we could still have it online,” said Haston, senior. 

One of the major things that has happened in sports this year was when the guy’s soccer team won the state championship. 

“It was exciting seeing the video clip of the soccer tournament, and it brought back a lot of memories from the season,” said Justin, senior.

“I liked how each coach was able to share and give a personal statement on how the year went for their specific sport,” said Andrew, junior.

During the sports awards, the coaches from the JV girls volleyball team to the Varsity guys soccer team presented the awards so that it seemed like a normal event.
